This webinar will focus on subrogation pursuits arising out of roofing work. The presenters will use hypotheticals to highlight issues that can lead to roofing subrogation claims. The presenters will also review local codes and standards consultants use to evaluate if roofing work was performed below the standard of care and discuss issues that typically lead to or hamper subrogation and recovery.
