In the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, plaintiffs Ramon Zavaleta Gonzalez and Luis Daniel Tapia Paz have filed a lawsuit against defendant Peter Camacho and 100 unnamed defendants (DOES 1 through 100). The case ID is 2023CUP4011286 and was filed on July 12, 2023. The complaint alleges negligence and negligence per se.

The plaintiffs are represented by Mark K. Flores from Crane Flores LLP. They claim that the defendants were responsible for an incident involving their vehicle on August 3, 2021, at Gonzalez Road and "H" Street in Oxnard, Ventura County. According to the complaint, the defendants' negligent operation of their vehicle resulted in a collision with the plaintiffs' vehicle.

The lawsuit asserts that this incident caused significant physical, mental, and nervous pain to the plaintiffs. It also suggests that they may suffer from permanent disability as a result of their injuries. The exact cost of damages is not specified but is said to exceed the minimum jurisdictional limits of the court.

Gonzalez and Paz are seeking judgment for their injuries and damages resulting from this alleged act of negligence. They demand a jury trial to resolve this matter.
