Angel Magallanes sues Linda Iannicca-Sharma for negligent operation and maintenance of a vehicle

In the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, plaintiffs Angel Magallanes and Bernice Magallanes have filed a lawsuit against Linda Iannicca-Sharma and unnamed defendants (DOES 1 through 100). The case, bearing ID 2023CUPA017207, was filed on December 1, 2023. The plaintiffs are represented by attorney Mark K. Flores from Crane Flores LLP.

The suit alleges negligence and negligence per se on the part of the defendants. On December 15, 2021, in Ventura city, the defendants' vehicle allegedly collided with the plaintiffs' vehicle due to negligent operation and maintenance. This incident is said to have caused substantial injuries and damages to the plaintiffs.

The damages include physical injuries to their bodies and nervous systems resulting in great mental, physical, and nervous pain. It is also alleged that these injuries will result in some permanent disability to the plaintiffs. The cost of these damages exceeds the minimum jurisdictional limits of this court.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment for their damages caused by the alleged negligence of the defendants. They demand a jury trial for their case.
