Philip D.Dapeer sues Neil Howard for breach of contract and unpaid legal fees

In the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Ventura, Philip D. Dapeer, as assignee for collection, has filed a lawsuit against Neil Howard and others (DOES 1-10) for breach of contract, reasonable value of legal services rendered and unpaid fees.
