Osvaldo Sanchez and Josephina Sanchez have filed a lawsuit against Noah T. Sugerman, M.D., Victoria Seib, PA-C, and 100 unidentified defendants in the Ventura Superior Court (Case No. 2023CUMMO1] 2434) on August 9, 2023. The plaintiffs are represented by Bruce M. Bunch from the Law Offices of Bruce M. Bunch and they are seeking damages for medical negligence and loss of consortium.

The plaintiffs, residents of Ventura County, California, allege that all defendants were at all times residents or conducting business in the same county. The lawsuit claims that the defendants acted negligently in their professional capacities as health care providers, resulting in harm to the plaintiffs.

Further allegations include that each defendant was acting within their employment scope with consent from co-defendants during the incidents leading to this case. The plaintiffs consulted with the defendants for professional advice regarding their symptoms and medical care around August 18, 2022.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages due to alleged negligent examination, diagnosis, advice, care, treatment and administration of medical care by the defendants. They claim that these actions failed to meet the standard skill level and care commonly possessed by health care providers.
