In the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Ventura, plaintiff Josefina Bonilla Ordonez has filed a lawsuit against defendants Lidia Pineda and Lidia Raquel Castro. The case, identified as 2023CUPA012066, was filed on July 25, 2023.

Represented by attorney Robert B. Gurbuz from Goldstein, Gurbuz & Robertson, Ordonez alleges negligence on part of the defendants. The incident in question occurred on August 21, 2021 at the intersection of East Channel Islands Boulevard and Statham Boulevard in Oxnard where the defendants allegedly negligently operated a 2012 White vehicle causing it to collide with Ordonez's vehicle.

As a result of this collision, Ordonez sustained severe personal and bodily injuries leading to hospital and medical expenses, loss of income due to inability to work, and property damage to her vehicle. The exact amounts for these damages are currently undetermined but will be amended into the complaint once ascertained.

Ordonez is seeking judgment for hospital and medical expenses (past and future), general damages, wage loss, loss of earning capacity, property damage costs, costs of suit incurred herein and any other relief deemed just by the court.
