Polsinelli is pleased to announce the election of three new members to the firm’s board of directors: Amy E. Hatch, Paul Jaskot and John Peterson have joined the board for a three-year term.

Amy Hatch serves as Polsinelli’s Chair of Financial Services Litigation and focuses her practice on debtor-creditor relations, while primarily representing banks, private lenders and loan servicers with enforcing their rights with respect to defaulted loans. She has more than 20 years of experience with commercial loans and routinely assists lenders nationwide with foreclosures, receiverships and other workout options, including forbearance agreements and loan sales.

Paul Jaskot is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and financings. He represents a diverse clientele, including startups, family-owned businesses, publicly traded companies and professional services firms across different industries, including banking and financial services, health care, life sciences, energy, chemicals, technology, media, consumer products, among others. Over the course of his career, Jaskot has held pivotal law firm leadership roles, including as the lead executive committee member and chair of the U.S. corporate and securities group at a prominent international law firm, and has completed Harvard Law School’s “Leadership in Law Firms” program.

John Peterson has served as the office managing partner of Polsinelli’s Nashville office since its opening ten years ago. His practice of over 30 years includes a wide range of commercial litigation, with a particular depth of knowledge and experience in the area of financial services and the payment card industry. He has extensive experience in advising clients on complex business issues and has actively litigated matters in numerous jurisdictions across the country involving numerous issues including contractual issues, data breach issues, card brand compliance issues, TCPA and other call-related statutes and tax interpretation issues.
