The San Bernardino County Superior Court reported the following activities in the suit brought by The People of the State of California against Davinder Singh Boughan and Public Defender on Feb. 10.

'The Court Finds That A Certified/registered Interpreter Is Not Available And Form Int-120 Is On File For This Date With The Court Administrator. There Is Good Cause To Appoint The Proposed Noncertified/nonregistered Interpreter, Who Has Been Provisionally Qualified, Took The Interpreter Oath, And Is Qualified To Interpret In This Proceeding, Following Procedures Adopted By The Judicial Council. The Interpreter Is Either Within The Time Ordinarily Allowed For Provisional Appointment Or There Is A Necessity To Go Beyond Such Time. There Is A Waiver Of The Appointment Of A Certified/Registered Interpreter Or The Court Has Ruled On Any Objection To The Appointment Of The Interpreter.'
