Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Ron S. Grace as a principal in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With a strong focus on the health care industry, Grace advises clients on a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, private placements of equity securities and general contract, securities and health care matters.

Polsinelli has experienced significant growth in Los Angeles with the addition of several new attorneys in 2024, including six new principals.

Grace represents clients across the United States with an emphasis on health care industry providers, including ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), surgical hospitals and physician practices. He leads teams through all phases of health care transactions for both buyers and sellers, from due diligence to closing and beyond.
Additionally, Grace advises businesses in their day-to-day operations, providing counsel on risk management, deal structuring and the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts. He has extensive experience in the health care industry, advising clients on their investments, transactions and strategic alliances in this highly regulated industry.
Grace earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
