Sheppard Mullin represented Dea Spanos Berberian in family trust litigation and a resulting sale of a 24 percent ownership share in the Los Angeles Chargers to Tom Gores, owner of the Detroit Pistons and founder of Platinum Equity. The sale was completed on October 31, 2024.
