In the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, plaintiff Shawn Trocke has filed a lawsuit against Thousand Oaks Sales, Inc., dba DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks, Driveway Finance Corp., Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, and 50 unidentified defendants (Does 1-50). The case ID is 2023CUBT006725 and it was filed on March 20, 2023.
