In the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, plaintiff Alfonso Edison Gutierrez is suing defendants TDC Trucking Inc., Tammy Cameron, Taiwan Cameron Sr., and others. The lawsuit, case number 2023CUOQE017264, was filed on December 5, 2023. It alleges multiple violations of the California Labor Code and unfair competition.

The plaintiff's attorney, Sarkis Sirmabekian of Sirmabekian Law Firm, PC, claims that the defendants failed to pay minimum wage and overtime compensation among other labor law violations. The complaint also accuses the defendants of not providing accurate wage and hour statements or compensating for all hours worked.
