Amara Rae Baker sues Jan Krister Selander for bodily injury as a result of a motorist leaving a shopping center exit

In the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, a lawsuit was filed on June 13, 2023, by plaintiff Amara Rae Baker against defendant Jan Krister Selander and DOES 1-20. The case number is 2023CUPA4010123 and it pertains to bodily injury as a result of a motorist leaving a shopping center exit and about to enter a highway, failing to yield right of way and driving in front of the plaintiff's oncoming vehicle in violation of § 21804 (a).
