Eddie Hairston has filed a lawsuit against Industrial Tectonic Bearings Corp., RBC Bearings, Inc., and Amy Chu in the Court of Appeal of the State of California, Second Appellate District. Hairston sought employment with Industrial on October 10, 2005, and began working for them on October 14, 2005.
