Jason Cheung sues Stuart Wilson for personal injuries resulting from a car collision

The Ventura Superior Court has received a lawsuit filed by Jason Cheung against Stuart Wilson and 50 unnamed defendants, represented by the Law Offices of Richard R. Bredlau. The case, numbered 2023CUPA017109, was submitted on November 30, 2023.

The plaintiff, Jason Cheung, alleges that on December 24, 2021, he suffered severe personal injuries as a result of a car collision caused by the defendant's negligent operation of his vehicle. According to the complaint, Wilson failed to stop his Jeep SUV on eastbound Market Street in Ventura, California which led to the collision with Cheung's BMW.

Cheung claims that he sustained serious injuries including damage to his neck, back and right shoulder. He also alleges property damage to his BMW as a direct result of the collision. The total cost of damages is currently unknown but exceeds the minimum jurisdictional limits of the court.

In this lawsuit, Cheung seeks compensation for his medical expenses, physical therapy costs and other related expenses incurred due to the accident. He also seeks compensation for loss of earnings and earning capacity both present and future. Furthermore, he requests permission to amend his complaint as necessary once the full extent and cost of damages are known.
