Barnes & Thornburg partner Eric Beste has been named to The Daily Journal’s 2023 Top White Collar Lawyers list for his legal work representing businesses and individuals facing government investigations and enforcement actions.
The Daily Journal recognized Beste for handling a variety of criminal and civil matters in state and federal courts across the country, including “playing a key role in the largest international trade monitorship in history.”
Beste, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Department of Justice supervisor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California, focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, investigations and compliance, and complex commercial litigation. He also is partner-in-charge of Barnes & Thornburg’s San Diego office.
