The State of California Superior Court - Kern County reported the following activity in the suit brought by
Tpine Leasing Capital L. P., a Delaware Limited Partnership against
Iqbal Singh and
Riar Group, a California Corporation, Inc. on Nov. 21: 'On Defendants Iqbal Singh And Riar Group Inc.'s Motion To Quash Service Of Process Appearances Were Noted For The Record, And After Having Considered The Papers And Evidence Submitted In Support Of And In Opposition To Defendants' Motion, As Well As Oral Argument Of Counsel Regarding Same, And For Good Cause Appearing Therefore, The Court Rules And Orders As Follows: 1. Defendants' Motion Is Denied In Its Entirety As The Court Found That The Evidence Submitting By Defendants In Support Of The Motion Lacked Sufficient Credibility; 2. Defendants Shall Have Until December 7, 2023 To File A Responsive Pleading To Plaintiff Tpine Leasing Capital L.p.'s ("plaintiff") Complaint In The Above-captioned Action; And 3. The Case Management Conference Currently Scheduled For February 7, 2024 At 8:30 A.m. In Division J Of The Above-Captioned Court Shall Remain On Calendar. It Is So Ordered.'.
