Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Francesca Grea, who was selected to Variety’s prestigious list of Hollywood’s New Leaders, which highlights “the creatives and executives in film, TV, music, agencies, management, law and talent newly emergent at the forefront of the entertainment industry.”
Grea is a trailblazer on many fronts. She was elevated to partner at Fox Rothschild in her first year of eligibility and is now one of only three female partners in the firm's nationwide Entertainment & Sports Law Practice.
A rising dealmaker in the industry, Grea provides strategic guidance and legal counsel to entertainment clients, helping them identify, create and capitalize on opportunities to grow their brands, careers and businesses across multiple platforms. “It’s important to anticipate what’s coming in the future with dealmaking…thinking multiple steps ahead, planning for the bigger picture, building out brands and creating multiple revenue streams through all of the models that are available to talent,” she told Variety.
In the past year, Grea closed deals on behalf of established industry A-listers and stars on the rise including Joe Pesci on his return to TV in Peacock’s “Bupkis,” Chris “Ludacris” Bridges on his endorsement deals with major brands Stella Artois, JIF and Rice Krispies, and comedian Taylor Tomlinson on a lucrative deal for two more Netflix specials.
Grea’s other notable representation includes working with Daymond John of “Shark Tank,” Angela Lewis of “Snowfall,” Teyonah Parris of “The Marvels,” Jackie Schimmel of “The Bitch Bible” Podcast, and Bassett Vance Productions, the company run by Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance.
Grea earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
