Mr. Bouma is a member of the General Liability and Labor & Employment Practices. Mr. Bouma is an experienced litigator and employment attorney who focuses his practice on the representation of employers, corporations, and individuals in actions alleging employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as defending general and product liability claims. He has experience representing clients throughout all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts, including pre-suit negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals.
Mr. Riggs is a member of the Professional Liability, Labor & Employment, Insurance Law, and Workers’ Compensation Practices. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts, and has represented clients and litigated throughout on a broad range of legal issues including employment and labor matters, insurance coverage and bad faith advice and litigation, general liability, contract drafting, interpretation and indemnity, as well as admiralty, maritime and energy.
Ms. Britten is a member of the General Liability and Labor & Employment Practices. She is admitted to practice in both Texas and Utah and handles a wide range of matters including premises liability, construction litigation, labor law, catastrophic injury, and employment disputes. She has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, including early investigation, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation.
Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
