Sheppard Mullin's Head of Global Media, Robert Darwell, has once again been recognized as a Power Lawyer by The Hollywood Reporter (THR). Darwell has been selected to the list every year since its inception in 2006, making 2023 his 17th consecutive appearance.
THR highlighted Darwell’s work representing Amazon Studios, Disney, Nickelodeon, Wondery and Meta in their biggest deals, including handling the entertainment aspects of Amazon Studio’s acquisition of MGM for $8.5 billion, and Amazon's rights deal for the Parker crime novels, which will soon be adapted for the studio by Robert Downey Jr. and Shane Black.
