Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce David M. McLaughlin has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as a principal. David joins the firm from Ropers Majeski where he was a partner and chair of the firm's Employment practice group.

David has more than 30 years of trial, litigation, and dispute resolution experience. He represents clients across a range of industries and focuses on employment matters of all types including Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour, whistleblower, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, EEOC, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Unruh Act. David has extensive trial experience and has won numerous jury and bench trials, and binding arbitrations. He also has experience resolving many disputes through mediation, including those involving complex commercial issues.
“David is a widely recognized and respected litigator and trial attorney with deep experience in employment law,” said Silicon Valley Office Managing Principal and Litigation Manager Neda N. Dal Cielo. “He is an impactful addition and will make immediate contributions to our growing Silicon Valley office.”
David earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
