Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Eileen Oakes Muskett will join Nancy Yaffe as co-chair of the firm's nationwide Women’s Initiative.

The coast-to-coast program supports our women attorneys with career progression, marketing, networking and work/life integration. Muskett succeeds Philadelphia Office Managing Partner Lauren P. McKenna, who served in the role for well over a decade.

“A special thank you to Lauren for her years of leadership in this role. I’m thrilled to join Nancy as co-chair and look forward to promoting inclusivity and developing additional ways to support our women attorneys at every stage of their careers,” said Muskett.

The Women’s Initiative is comprised of several subcommittees, each focused on a targeted area to help foster and promote the professional development of women attorneys at the firm. The Leadership Subcommittee identifies opportunities for increased participation in firm leadership and educates attorneys on the opportunities for advancement. The Connectivity Subcommittee supports attorneys as they seek to achieve success according to their own personal definition. The Associate Steering Subcommittee works to advance the professional growth of associates, providing them with guidance regarding the direction of their legal careers.

The Women’s Initiative is also called upon to inform firm policy on issues of importance to all genders, such as parental leave, as well as issues involving diversity, equity and inclusion.

An established leader within the firm, Muskett served as co-chair of the Women’s Initiative Leadership Subcommittee and is the co-chair of the Product Liability & Mass Torts Practice Group. She also previously served as the Atlantic City Office Managing Partner and as a member of the Executive Committee.

“It was a pleasure to work alongside Lauren and to get to know her personally and professionally. I am eternally grateful for her years of leadership in this important initiative. I look forward to working with Eileen to further foster inclusivity, and to support the fabulous women attorneys at Fox who inspire me daily,” said Yaffe.
