Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Darrell D. Miller and Marc H. Simon, who are featured among The Hollywood Reporter’s 2022 Power Lawyers, an annual list highlighting “the entertainment  industry’s top attorneys who are settling strife between studios and  stars, navigating big-ticket mergers and exploring issues involving NFTs  and the metaverse.”

Miller, Partner and Founding  Chair of Fox’s Entertainment & Sports Law Department, has been a  trusted adviser behind the growth of many celebrity brands for more than  two decades. Representing A-listers such as Angela Bassett, Courtney B.  Vance and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, and rising talents including 2021  Emmy®-nominated actress Moses Ingram, Teyonah Parris, Tati Gabrielle,  Taylor Tomlinson and Da’Vine Joy Randolph, he has earned a reputation  for elevating his clients’ careers across multiple platforms. Miller has  also served as a dedicated advocate for Black actors, writers,  showrunners, directors, producers and executives in their efforts to  achieve equal opportunity and accountability in the industry. This is  Miller’s seventh consecutive year on the prestigious Hollywood Reporter list.

Simon,  Partner and Chair of Fox’s Entertainment & Sports Law Department,  has deftly guided the firm’s entertainment practice and his clients  through two unprecedented years. He helped shape significant deals for  top-tier clients throughout 2021, including Barack and Michelle Obama’s  Higher Ground Productions, Bill Nye The Science Guy, Academy  Award®-winning filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Joanne Woodward along  with her late husband Paul Newman. He also drove major industry  transactions such as Malka Media’s $75 million sale to MoneyLion and  remains committed to nurturing diverse and independent voices, such as  Ms. Chinoy and Academy Award®-winning documentarian Frieda Lee Mock,  activist and police shooting survivor Leon Ford, documentary filmmakers  Lotfy Nathan and Gabriel Polsky as well as non-binary artist Misha  Osherovich.
