Husch Blackwell issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.
Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Mhare Mouradian has joined the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group as a partner. Mouradian brings to the firm a wealth of litigation experience where his clients range from Fortune 500 companies to startups. He joins Husch Blackwell’s Los Angeles office from Fox Rothschild LLP.
“Mhare is a versatile litigator whose experience spans multiple industries,” said Carrie Hermeling, the head of Husch Blackwell’s Real Estate, Development & Construction Team. “Our industry clients have called upon us to represent them in disputes nationally, so being able to provide our clients, especially on the west coast, litigation services with an attorney who knows the courts is a huge benefit. We’re excited to have Mhare on our team and I think our clients will be as well.”
Mouradian has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous commercial contract dispute and business tort litigation matters. For example, he prosecuted breach of contract cases on behalf of Global Real Estate Services company and international electronics manufacturers. In addition, he also has defended technology and entertainment clients, including a high-profile Hollywood TV and film studio in a defamation case.
“Since opening our Los Angeles and Oakland offices in April, it’s been a goal of ours to grow both offices, but not for growth’s sake,” said Chair Catherine Hanaway. “We are intentional about how we plan to grow, and it starts with client need. Mhare fits the growing needs of our clients and brings with him an impressive book of business. We are thrilled to have him join Husch Blackwell.”
“Mhare will complement our national commercial litigation practice serving our clients along the west coast.” said Paul Eberle, Husch Blackwell’s Chief Executive.
Husch Blackwell’s real estate team was recently recognized by Legal 500 as “well-regarded for corporate real estate transactions, social infrastructure developments and property litigation with distinguished expertise in public-private partnership projects and deals involving stadiums and sporting arenas.”
“Husch Blackwell has a notable reputation as a leading law firm and I’m eager to work closely with my new colleagues,” Mouradian said. “Their approach to client service and pricing is cutting-edge, and I think my clients will be well-served with the Husch attorneys’ industry and practice area expertise. I am excited to build on the firm’s outstanding record of excellence.”
