FRESNO -- A man claims to have suffered a fracture after falling at a gas station parking lot.
Johnny Giron filed a complaint on May 5 in Fresno Superior Court against Cal. Fresno Twins 76, California Fresno Oil Company and California Investment Company for negligence and willful failure to harm.
According to the complaint, Grion was walking on gas station property and tripped and fell on a "running stream of water in that paved area." Grion allegedly suffered a fracture to his right patella. Grion alleges that Defendant negligently, carelessly and recklessly owned, controlled and maintained their premises in a highly trafficked area, causing injury to occur.
