Ian Stewart (Partner-Los Angeles, CA) will join other professionals in an upcoming seminar for the Surplus Line Association of California’s upcoming virtual course, “The CA Cannabis Insurance Marketplace: Challenges, Opportunity and Coverage Nuances.”
The three-hour June 3, 2021, event is designed for insurance agents and brokers and aims to educate attendees on insurance coverages as well as the legal and social history of the cannabis industry. Ian and fellow speakers will review common coverage contracts, warranty language and conditions, leaving attendees with a holistic understanding of the industry and legislative changes impacting coverage.
