Littler Mendelson issued the following announcement on Dec. 15.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that several of its attorneys have been named to BTI Consulting’s Client Service All-Stars list and the Lawdragon 500 Leading Corporate Employment Lawyers guide.

Included in the BTI Consulting Client Service All-Stars 2020 rankings are: Michelle Barrett Falconer (San Francisco), Adam P. Forman (Boston), Jeffrey B. Jones (Orlando), Patricia J. Martin (St. Louis), Alan L. McLaughlin (Denver), Lindbergh Porter (San Francisco) and Michael Weber (New York). This is the 13th consecutive year that Littler attorneys have been included on the annual list.

The list is compiled based on hundreds of interviews with legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. They are selected based on six traits: client focus, client experience, legal skills, business understanding, value and thought leadership.

Additionally, 12 Littler attorneys were named among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Corporate Employment Lawyers, including: Linda O. Headley (Houston), Patrick H. Hicks (Las Vegas), Fermin H. Llaguno (Irvine), Michael J. Lotito (San Francisco), Garry G. Mathiason (San Francisco), Steven R. McCown (Austin), Scott McDonald (Dallas), Robert F. Millman (Los Angeles), Marko J. Mrkonich (Minneapolis), Paul E. Prather (Memphis), Jeremy A. Roth (San Diego) and Susan A.P. Woodhouse (San Francisco).

The Lawdragon 500 includes the nation’s top talent representing corporate America defending wage and hour, discrimination and other claims, advising on key matters from immigration to executive compensation and employee benefits and handling labor-management relation matters. The selections were based on journalistic research by Lawdragon and editorial vetting from a peer review board.
