Greenberg Traurig issued the following announcement on June 3.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 23 of the Trade Secret Law Evolution Podcast, “Quarantine Edition: The 11th Circuit Breaks Down Improper Means and Misappropriation of Compilations.”

In Episode 23, Greenberg Traurig Shareholders Jordan D. Grotzinger and Ashley M. Farrell Pickett discuss the 11th Circuit’s deep dive into “improper means” and the misappropriation of compilations that include public information.
