Business Trial Partner and Co-Leader of Sheppard Mullin’s Multifamily Housing team Mark Rackers was named to the San Diego Business Journal’s 2024 list of “Leaders of Influence in the Law.” The annual list recognizes outstanding legal professionals in the San Diego County community.
The San Diego Business Journal noted Rackers is “an experienced trail attorney,” having served as lead trial counsel and successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit, California Supreme Court and several California Courts of Appeal. In addition to his litigation practice, Rackers serves on Sheppard Mullin’s Pro Bono Committee and leads pro bono efforts for the San Diego office.
