For the fifth consecutive year, legal publication Lawdragon has selected four Shook partners among its 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Corporate Employment Lawyers. Described as “the nation’s best advisors on workplace mobility, employee benefits and executive compensation and all matter of disputes,” Partners Mark Campbell, Amy Cho, Bill Martucci and Marc Miles were among the 2025 honorees.
As chair of Shook’s Employment Litigation and Policy Practice, Martucci practices nationally in business and employment litigation, with a focus on complex class action. Campbell acts as practice managing partner of both the firm’s Business Litigation and Class Action and Appellate Litigation practice groups and focuses on a broad range of litigation matters including employment and California wage and hour.
Cho is the Chicago office managing partner who focuses on litigation including employment issues in state and federal courts. Miles is a partner in Orange County is a trial lawyer advocating for clients facing complex business litigation including product liability, intellectual property and employment cases.
