Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Phillip Antablin as a shareholder in its Century City office in Los Angeles. Antablin previously served as Senior Counsel at Epstein Becker Green.
Antablin, who represents employers in unfair competition, noncompete, and trade secret matters, joins Littler’s preeminent Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets practice. Comprised of over 150 attorneys around the world, the team is lauded by Lex Machina for defending more trade secret cases from 2018-2022 than any other law firm. In addition, the team handled more than 1,000 new trade secret and noncompete matters each year in 2022 and 2023 and has led several high-profile cases – from large-scale employee raids to multi-million-dollar trial victories to a precedent-setting misappropriation of trade secrets win.

Antablin frequently handles both state and federal disputes and has extensive complex litigation experience, including in trial, arbitration, and before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
