Partners Jaime Choi and Jing Liu were named to San Diego Business Journal’s 2024 “Leaders of Influence in Life Sciences” for the second consecutive year. This annual list recognizes 50 influential leaders in the life sciences industry.
Jaime earned this recognition for her extensive work on behalf of leading life sciences companies as well as for her experience advising clients in the U.S. and UK, including drafting applications for direct filing in the European Patent Office; prosecuting European, U.S. and international patent applications; performing freedom-to-operate and infringement analyses of third-party patents in numerous technical fields; and advising on U.S. contractual issues.
Jing was recognized for utilizing creative IP strategies to support her clients' underlining business objectives, whether they are academic institutions, emerging and fast-growing companies, multinational corporations or investors.
