Carolyn Hunt And Bryan Thompson Named Entertainment Business Visionaries In L.A. Times B2B Publishing's The Envelope Magazine

Carolyn Hunt and Bryan Thompson have been recognized in the L.A. Times B2B Publishing’s inaugural Entertainment Business Visionaries section in The Envelope Magazine.

The list of visionaries spotlights noteworthy professionals that advise on the financing of entertainment industry projects and transactions.

Hunt, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group, focuses her practice on media finance and entertainment transactions, including capital raisings, slate financing, credit lines, foreign incentive benefits, and co-productions. She has facilitated funding for numerous award-winning film, television and gaming projects and worked with clients including Lionsgate Entertainment, IMAX, and Natixis.

Thompson, partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, counsels clients in a variety of corporate matters, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, SEC compliance, strategic alliances and joint ventures, corporate financing, entity formations and capitalization, and licensing, including software and content licensing. Notably, he has advised Peyton Manning and Omaha Productions on a range of projects and represented Sony Interactive, Culture Genesis, FiveCurrents, Kaleidoco, and Code Entertainment in a variety of deals.
