Kozak, Chair of the firm’s Trademarks Practice Group, provides global strategic management of trademark portfolios for multinational corporations, technology startups and a variety of other businesses.

A former Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Kozak helps clients develop strategies that cultivate and protect their intellectual property assets through the procurement, maintenance, licensing and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.
Kozak’s clients span many industries including entertainment, video games, technology, telecommunications, apparel, food & beverages, nutraceuticals, consumer products, construction, and industrial equipment and chemicals. Her clientele includes famous bands, technology and multimedia companies.
