Arina Builders sues 1999 Sycamore for unpaid contract amount and alleged intentional misrepresentation

In a lawsuit filed on April 9, 2024, Arina Builders is suing 1999 Sycamore, LLC in the Second Appellate District Division Three of the California Court of Appeal. The case ID is B325024 and it originates from the Superior Court of Los Angeles County (case number 20STCV300389).

The dispute arises from a series of contracts between Arina Builders and 1999 Sycamore, LLC for construction improvements on Sycamore's commercial property. Randy S.
