Three attorneys from Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, have been selected for the 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Shareholder Karimah J. Lamar (San Diego) will serve in the 2024 LCLD fellows class, and Associates Warsame Y. Hassan (San Diego) and Brian Rho (Seattle) will serve as 2024 LCLD pathfinders.

“We are proud to have three outstanding lawyers – Karimah, Warsame and Brian represent Littler in this year’s LCLD program,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president, and Paul Bateman, chief inclusion, equity & diversity officer, in a joint statement. "Littler has a long association with LCLD and many of our attorneys have benefitted from the networking, leadership and professional development opportunities these programs provide.”

LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to help create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. Both the fellows and pathfinders programs provide a professional development opportunity focused on foundational leadership and relationship-building. It gives participants the chance to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.
