Los Angeles Partner Angela Zanin was recently nominated to join the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Board of Trustees for the 2024-2025 bar year, with her term commencing on July 1, 2024.
LACBA is one of the largest bar associations in the United States, with 16,000 members and dozens of practice sections. It provides members with numerous opportunities for CLE courses, pro-bono legal services, networking events with other attorneys in Southern California, and awards for outstanding work done in the community.
“The LACBA is a bar association I hold dear to my heart. My work on the Domestic Violence Project, the President’s Advisory Committee on Women in the Legal Profession, and the Judicial Elections Evaluation Committee, have all been some of the most meaningful aspects of my career. I look forward to being of service to the LACBA and the important work it does.”
Ms. Zanin is a member of the Bad Faith Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Surety, and Italy Practices. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, and specializes in surety law, insurance guaranty association law, independent counsel disputes, first and third party policies, and underlying claims related to wild fires, pollution, intellectual property, and construction defects.
