The team consisted of Silicon-Valley based partners Kevin Johnson and Andrew Bramhall, and Los-Angeles based partner Sandra Haberny, who led the way on this case with Andrew Holmes (San Francisco) and Valerie Lozano (Los Angeles). Last week, a jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware awarded Natera approximately $96.2 million against CareDx in a patent infringement case. Damages included lost profits of $83 million and past royalties of $12 million.
