Travis K. Jang-Busby

Partner, Labor & Employment

Blank Rome LLP

Travis Jang-Busby strategically represents his clients in high-stakes class action litigation in California and nationally, representative wage-hour litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act, discrimination litigation, and administrative investigations, and provides them with preventative counseling. He has extensive experience successfully representing clients in all phases of litigation and skillfully handles client matters from inception through trial.

Among Jang-Busby’s recent client successes has been his work successfully obtaining a non-compete injunction against a former employee veterinarian after she opened a competing veterinary hospital next door to a VCA hospital. The court agreed that the former employee was not permitted to compete following receipt of over $5 million dollars for her interest in the purchased animal hospital. The case is currently pending with the Court of Appeal. Jang-Busby also recently obtained a dismissal of all claims against his client in a claim of alleged wiretapping by customer service chatbots.
