Katy Spillers has joined Locke Lord’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group as an equity Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Spillers is a dynamic adviser and strategist, who brings to Locke Lord nearly two decades of experience in high-value transactions and related corporate advice. She has led transactions for marquee clients across the entertainment, technology/new media and branded consumer goods sectors. She was most recently a partner at Greenberg Glusker.
Spillers also counsels CEOs and founders of emerging growth and middle-market companies on a wide range of corporate and transactional issues, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, financings, joint ventures, branding and licensing and related issues. Her deal experience encompasses multiple industries, with a particular focus on branded consumer products, technology, new media and entertainment.
