Tressler is pleased to welcome Elvin Vu as an associate in our Employment Practice Group in Orange County, California. He focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, trial, arbitration and mediation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters all over California including construction defect litigation, lemon law, toxic torts, employments wage and hour litigation, employment misclassification and breach of contract.
Prior to joining Tressler LLP, Elvin was an associate at a litigation firm in which he represented general contractors and subcontractors in litigation matters related to construction defects.
Elvin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Chico State University where he was the university chapter president of the American Marketing Association. He received his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law where Elvin was on the Dean's Honor List and received the Witkin Award for Secured Transactions. While in law school, Elvin was elected as Student Body Officer.
