Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce that it has appointed Arthel McDaniel III as co-managing partner for the firm’s Los Angeles office. He will jointly lead the office with Noel S. Cohen, who has been serving as office managing partner since 2016 and was recently appointed chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice.
McDaniel, who has been with the firm for more than 15 years, is an experienced capital markets attorney and focuses his practice on helping clients navigate the complex issues inherent in commercial lending, securitization, tax credit finance, and other structured finance transactions. He also has significant experience with a variety of bond finance, disruptive technology, real estate development and entertainment transactional matters and works with clients to resolve complicated issues inherent to these transactions.
McDaniel received his J.D. from the University of California-Los Angeles and holds a B.A., with honors, from the University of Kansas.
