Dabney O'Riordan will be speaking at the four-day 2023 Investment Management Conference on a panel: “Expecting the Unexpected: Looking Backward and Forward at the EXAMS and Enforcement Divisions”. This will take place on Wednesday, March 22, from 8:30 to 9:00 am PT in Palm Desert, CA.
She and the four other members on the panel will be discussing the work and priorities of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s EXAMS Division and actions of the Division of Enforcement over the past year. Dabney was the longest-serving head of the SEC Division of Enforcement’s Asset Management Unit, serving in that role for over six years until she left the SEC in September of last year.
