Transactions spanned across the United States with a notable concentration in Canadian cross-border deals. The firm was the ranked top U.S.-based firm in five categories – notably, clocking in as the top U.S.-based firm in the Canada Equity & Equity-Related Issuer and Manager legal advisors lists. This will be the ninth consecutive year that the firm has ranked in the top two U.S.-based law firms in these practice areas.
