In Alfonso Luquin, Boby Duenas, Claudia Reyes, Daniel Martinez, Emmet Fried, Enrique Alvarado, Imperial County Firefighters Association, Imperial County Probation and Correctional Peace Officers' Association and Imperial County Sheriff's Association against Board of Administration of the Imperial County Employees' Retirement Association, County of Imperial and Imperial County Employees' Retirement Association: 'Opinion Filed. (signed Published) The Order Denying The Plaintiffs' Class Certification Motion Is Reversed. On Remand, The Trial Court Is Directed To Permit The Plaintiffs To File Supplemental Declarations Of The Proposed Class Representatives Concerning Whether They Are Adequate Representatives. Further, If The Trial Court Approves The Class Representatives, The Court Is Directed To Certify The Class, With Subclasses For Legacy And Pepra Safety Members, As Well As Retirees Alling Into These Two Categories, And Appoint Appropriate Class Counsel For Each Subclass. Plaintiffs Are Awarded The Costs Of Appeal.'
