Mallow will be on a panel of private and public sector practitioners discussing recent developments and emerging issues in unfair competition law in California’s state and federal courts.
The multi-session conference also includes programs on government enforcement activity, practical advice for litigating a UCL case, and ethics for UCL lawyers.
