Partner Greg Berk and special counsel Andrew Desposito and Christine Doyle were named 2022 “Go-To Thought Leaders” by the National Law Review (NLR) in the field of immigration law.
According to NLR, “Sheppard Mullin’s Immigration Practice Group saw significant traction in the NLR throughout the year detailing the changing H-1B landscape.” In particular, Mr. Berk, Mr. Desposito and Ms. Doyle’s article “Annual H-1B Visa Lottery Will Open on March 1, 2022” reached more than 40,000 readers in 2022.
Around 1 percent of its authors on NLR’s platform receive Go-To Thought Leadership awards. In 2022, NLR awarded 75 awards from around 12,000 contributed pieces of thought leadership received.
