Blank Rome senior counsel William Finestone will serve as a speaker at the Los Angeles Council of Charitable Gift Planners’ Western Regional Planned Giving Conference, being held May 25 through 27, 2022, at the Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.

One of the largest regional planned giving conferences in the country, this annual gathering of more than 300 non-profit gift planners and allied professionals is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to connect with key decision-makers and gift planning leaders across Southern California and the Western United States.

Bill’s session, “Charitable Pledges: How to Make Them Work for Your Donors and Your Organization,” will take place on Friday, May 27, from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m., and he and co-presenter Carol Bradford Worley of California Community Foundation will review how donors can make donations through various charitable vehicles; how charities can account for them; and when and how pledges are enforceable.
