Love Boutique-Vista, LLC on Feb. 15: 'Letter Sent To Counsel Re: Effective March 2022, The Fourth District Court Of Appeal, Division One, Is Restoring In-person Arguments Considering Updated State And Local Public Health Guidance. Face Coverings In The Courtroom Will Be Required For All Visitors Regardless Of Vaccination Status. Those Who Are Fully Vaccinated May Remove Their Masks Only While Presenting Oral Argument. Until Further Notice, The Courtroom Is Open Only To Those Parties Presenting Oral Argument. While In-person Argument Will Return As The Default Method Of Appearance, Counsel May Elect To Appear Remotely. Any Counsel Electing To Appear Remotely Must Notify The Court In Writing Within 10 Days Of The Date Of This Notice. For Any Counsel That Elects To Appear In-person For The Fourth District, Division One's March 2022 Oral Argument Calendar, Please Be Advised You Will Be Required To Provide Proof Of Vaccination Or Proof Of A Negative Test Result For Covid-19 Within 48 Hours Of Your Scheduled Appearance.
