Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is pleased to announce that Lauren Strickroth has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Trial practice group and a member of its Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation practice. Strickroth was most recently a partner at Best Best & Krieger.

“Sheppard Mullin’s private wealth and fiduciary litigation team constitutes one of the premier practices in the U.S.,” said Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group Leader Adam Streisand.  “We are confident Lauren will help expand our impressive record of success in the courtroom that has kept us at the top echelon of this niche field of trial attorneys throughout the U.S. and worldwide.”

Jon Newby, Sheppard Mullin’s vice chairman, added, “Over the last few years, our Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation practice has grown and their ongoing involvement in some of the most high-profile estate disputes is a testament to their outstanding reputation and expertise. We’re thrilled that Lauren is joining us.”

She has a broad range of clients including privately owned businesses, private professional trustees, corporate trustees, individual trustees, trust beneficiaries and healthcare agencies. Strickroth handles cases in Courts throughout California, including Orange County, Riverside, and Palm Springs.

In addition to her trial practice, Strickroth acts as outside general counsel for several private businesses, and counsels clients on strategic initiatives, limiting their risk, and avoiding litigation.
